      Ok so I filed my taxes and specifically asked if my fees would be taken from my state… the girl that did my taxes told me no. Well my state was sent and I calle twice for information and guess what? No callback for k fine I understand y’all busy! Now I download the Liberty tax app and check my information and why does it say they paid half of my fees with my state? I am disgusted that was my rent money due to being sick and they lied to me! I am beyond disgusted with this selfish lie they told just for some business

      Liberty tax was absolutely horrible i will never recommend it to anyone, they messed up my account number on my taxes which sent taxes and stimulus back to irs didn't get traces to July last year didn't get stimulus at all, went to file this year and that is so messing everything up, went to TurboTax they fixed it for me, DON'T GO TO LIBERTY ESPECIALLY ON DIXIE, when I had to go there to get my agi number for TurboTax they even accidentally printed me the wrong person's fax info so ladeshia whoever you are i saw all your info ssnumber and all, even your children's ssnumbers now I'm not the one to use that stuff but sum1 else might have!!!
