  I must say coming here was the best MR.Rudy took care of me and got me my max refund and then some come on here get your max refund and get your $50 he did it for me he can do it for you come today come tomorrow come and see Rudy and his partner today I promise they will take care of you Where you tell him WE GOOD he will respond and let you know what's good

  Went in a month ago today to have my tax return done.. Weeks past and I received a date from the irs website. On that day I never received my deposit, so i called Liberty Tax asking if someone could double check my information .... The tax rep gave me the run around because I have to wait until Monday before anyone could look into my account. I was very aggravated so I hung up the phone and waited until the next shift came in to call back. By doing so, I was informed that the tax preparer put my banking info into the system wrong. So now i have to wait for my bank to reject the direct deposit and for Liberty to receive notification to generate me a check because its nothing they can do! NEVER GO TO LIBERTY ON FIRETOWER.! THEY ARE UNEXPERIENCED and if you dont request for the NetSpend card or Check... You'll be like ME!!
