      Library tax makes Mistakes,they are not helpful. UnProfessional , i have been trying to ask for the status of my stimulus check and they have been giving me the run around and have been no help what so ever.they made a mistake and holding me responsible. I have made a report to the IRS and they will follow up with my complaint.

      Liberty Tax is very helpful and always there to solve an issue as best as they can. However if unsaid named clients with the same last name in the last 3 reviews would submit correct and lawful paperwork to Liberty Tax than no complaint would arise with the IRS and a satisfied client would be pleased instead clients blame Liberty for their fraudulent incompetency that lead them to an IRS review.

      They are overrated overpriced unprofessional and the lady that did my taxes looked like she was high on marijuana I could smell the strong odor coming off of her clothes.
