  They are a scam tax place they charged me 750 to do my taxes. For a 1 w2 1040 free file. With a $65 fee to file when it is free to file with irs and state. I've done my own taxes for the last 20 years and 3 times at her block where I only paid like 70 bucks. Only reason I went to liberty tax is because they said they did same day tax advance, I was given the 1300 option. Didn't get an advance till a week later and of only 800 when I signed for 1300 and they tried to still take 1300 of the loan advance out of my return. Then I had to get them to do the math and fix

  Horrible place. I had gotten my taxes done here for 3 years. this year the kept my check book and my W2s. I called to get them back and he promised to send them to me, but I never got them. Now the IRS is having problems with my taxes and are threatening to keep 1/2 of my returns. All the tax guy does is hang up on me, when I try to call to get help. DO NOT GO HERE!! He charged me over 800 dollar to get me in trouble with the IRS and kept my personal docs.

  Mike is always the best but my advice to you is fired your whole staff every single last one of them young lady's because they are lazy and very unprofessional and hired a group of people that like to work because it's clear that these lady's don't!. I can't stand going up there when your not there because the lady's don't work at all!. Please Mike don't let your staff of young lazy lady's make you look bad because of they're disabilities of not wanted to work!. I've done my Taxes here a month ago and still haven't received anything or heard anything every time I call up there to speak to Mike they will lie and say that he isn't there I finally got a hole of the IRS today and came to find out my return had been issued a week ago so someone from this place of business did something with my return and I need answers asap before I go further with this and get someone in trouble this isn't ok at all!.

  Mike the Tax Guy is the best. In spite of being very busy all the time during tax season Mike is always very nice and pleasant.

  Liberty Tax does not pay attention to their clients respectfully when getting your taxes done.

  Been doing taxes through mike for years, but for some reason this year they took 1000 dollars in fees, and I only had a 2500 dollar return. Never doing taxes here again, I felt like I got robbed. They never answer the online mobile number either.

  I'm thankful for Mike the tax guy he very professional and he also stays in contact with you during the holidays in during this coronavirus pandemic to make sure that you're okay that's a very caring text to Guy he make sure you understand and he will locate your taxes if need be

  Nice people. They've done my taxes twice. A bit pricey, but I itemize. The office I was going to has closed with no notification. I will use them again. If you have complicated taxes, call ahead because they may not have someone who can do those taxes.

  Ladies are not helpful and they can't do a little thing I ask them for. I need some documents but they have had me waiting for three days already. Every time I call for an update they tell me they're still looking for it.... well let me go help ya find it ... Lazy staff and very unprofessional when answering the phone.
