      I have been going to Liberty Tax for several years now. Rebecca is the absolute best! She is the ONLY person I go to for my taxes. For some mindless reason I went to someone else a couple years back to do my taxes and they messed everything up! I will NEVER do that again. I highly recommend anyone to go see her to have your taxes done!

      We were helped immediately. They even showed me how H&R Block lied to me about my return to prove they were wrong and were just trying to take more money from us. The staff was friendly and they were very fast and efficient during the process. I have a 4-Star because there’s always room for improvement, but everything was better than I could ask for!

      To whom it may concern....... It's pretty sad my mom found mistakes that Liberty tax did on my man's taxes.. they had all the amounts in wrong places and he ended up having to pay more than he should have. They combined two different state taxes together and charged him again for not having health insurance which they can't do anymore.. we got it all fixed but still haven't heard anything about his taxes.. Liberty tax is a terrible place to have taxes done...

      Do Not take your taxes here. They don't know how to depreciate a rental. They refused to pay the interest IRS charged due to having to file a amended form because I would not let them touch my taxes again. Thry also charge twice as much as CPA. There is no corporate office either no one to turn them into expect attorney general and BBB. They need to be shut down.

      Apparently they have been doing my taxes wrong for years and now won't make it right without charging me more money. Staff is always short staffed and are too busy to give quality business to the customers. Do not go.
