  Very kind! Very professional. I’m glad that I made Liberty Tax my go to choice. I live in Clearwater and drove here to Tampa to have my taxes done. Grateful that I made the decision I made. 5 stars most definitely. I will be returning, no doubt! Great job.

  My taxes were not filed properly even after providing the required documentation to Anqunette. She created false exemptions in order to generate a higher return which the IRS had to correct, even after I made her aware that I do not qualify for the exemption. I was not aware that she added this exemption until the IRS informed me. She also did not tell me she added it I actually trusted that she didn’t. After the adjustment was made from the IRS which resulted in a much lower return the fees from Liberty Tax (which are auto deducted from the return) did not change leaving me with $0. If I had known she would take my entire return I wouldn’t have done my taxes with her it would’ve made no sense. What Anqunette did to me was fraud and unethical and this will not be overlooked, this fraudulent act will be reported. I am not able to get in touch with anyone in the office or corporate office as all the managers claim they will call me back but never do.

  I’ve been filling with liberty tax for years. I felt very comfortable right when I walked. The lady has a awesome personality. They guy that filled my taxes took his time and gave me the best return. Thank y’all so much

  Anqunette helped me. It took us hours to figure out why Netspend had my account lock. But she was determined to figure it out. I had my card fixed and my Loan was on my card before i left. Would definitely recommend her. See you guys next year

  Anqunette my tax preparer was great she was absolutely phenomenal and very knowledgeable. She made my liberty tax experience a breeze and I will always go to liberty tax.

  There is a new manager there and she is very patience and kind. I had a bad experience before so I was kinda hestitant but stopped in to ask a question and she was very respectful. Helped me out alot. Definitely will be Coming back to file my taxes.

  Standing outside for my 9:30am appointment and there is nobody here even when their sign says ot opens at 9am, it's 9:35am right now😮‍💨, however after waiting for only a little bit the manager did pull up as promised and took care of me right away
