      The accountant’s there are AWESOME but you guys need to adjust your fees. I filed my taxes (which wasn’t much in return) just to pay it to your company for filing. MAJOR RIPOFF

      Absolutely DISGRACEFUL!! I went here because I was referred by a friend and not until a week later, that same friend told me they over charged her. I looked at my forms and they charged me $850!!!! I asked the woman why was it so much and she said each form she fills out has a separate price so the amount was never mentioned. For 1 W2 and school paperwork, this was waayyy to costly..... This is outright ridiculous!!!! I wish I could give 0 Stars... #IWillBeDoingMyOwnTaxes #1KForTaxes

      Girl greeted me with no shoes! She was silent the whole time she prepared my taxes! This will be my last year going to them. Not to mention they charge over $600 for preparation!

      Very bad experience. The lady messed our taxes up. Waited over 13 weeks to even receive no where near what we were supposed to get back. When I questioned her all she could ever say was have to call the irs. Well the day we received the check. She said id have to take it up with the irs because it was nothing she did. 2 hours on hold finally figured out it was her fault she put the soul provider of the family in the wrong column so irs told me to go back in there and we have to file another 1040 form and have her put the numbers in the right columns. Well here we are waiting yet again another 8 weeks. They dont help you in anyway. Why pay over 400.00 dollars to a company that just tells you they dont know, here call the irs. Well we won't be going back there.h&r is way more helpful. And more professional. Sad to say this about any company. But what they advertise and what they actually do. Is not accurate.

      Terrible experience. The entire room smells like fish and arm pits. The female that prepared my taxes was a liar and not helpful. She smelled disgusting, I should have walked out. This place should be closed down, management is horrific.
