  First time coming here, I was very nervous but I met Carmen and she was very professional and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. I’m not ready to file but as soon as I get my paperwork together, I will surely go back to Carmen. I will also recommend her to anyone if you need someone who genuinely wants to help you, she’s definitely the person for the job.

  Lola was a pleasure to be served by. Very knowledgeable and aggressive to help customer achieve best possible return. Could not ask for a better rep. Definitely worthy of a raise whenever possible!! Money well spent!! Thank you for a pleasant experience

  I spoke to Carmen Rivera today I had a couple of questions about my city and state returns and she was pleasant and very well educated on the information that I needed. She was ready to file my taxes but I had to go to work. I really look forward to working with her. Most places I have been too have never been that educated and orientated!!!

  Went in for my 11:30 appt. and the lady greeted us with a smile. She was quite patient and helpful with helping with taxes, I even got to learn some new things! Lola Davis, if I’m not mistaken? She was a great multitasker as it was short staffed!!

  Great place to get your taxes done when I came in to do my taxes I was greeted by the very kind women named Carmen she was very professional and did a great job doing my taxes without any issues and was fast and profient doing her job must stop in and ask for Carmen she will get the job done😌
