  your tax return WAS rejected because of your employer EIN number and was filed paper return, we don’t approve your refund call IRS TO FIND OUT if you are desperate for your refund. You are not been charged yet what we spend time on your return.

  I purchase from their smoke shop, which is attached to the tax storm. I feel their customer service is lacking very much. They seem to only have people skills with an elite selection of persons. Many of these locations treat all their regular customers the same no matter what their social status or their class status is. Looking down in your customers will only get you less profits, which I'm certain isn't your overall goal to lose money. . People have a choice and sometimes have pride in themselves 2 choose to go further and pay more for better service, just an FYI

  The new owner is from sep 2019 and i know previous owner was helpful and very respectful, and he owned many business before and this is my explanation to you. He is retired personal now.
