  Had a fraudulent charge on my account due to a laptop getting stolen out of my car. Went into the bank to try to cancel my card and get a new temporary one and was told that there were no appointments available the entire afternoon. Went right up to the teller who was very nice and withdrew most of my money from my account. This is not the staffs fault. The corporate office needs to allow them to hire more people.

  This place is never open! I wanted to switch to this bank but now I am definitely not!! 5 times this happened already.

  Need more tellers especially on a Friday when everyone usually get paid...second time I been here ...and the wait is ridiculous 1st time was on a Wednesday... had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get my own money out. This is insane....

  Dana was not only super helpful - she was very intelligent- knowledgable about everything Bank of America . She helped me In a way I wasn't expecting. She really seemed to care about my issues. Honestly, I think employees like Dana are hard to come by . I was so ready to leave , for Navy Federal Credit Union. I feel much better after meeting with her . Thank you Dana - 😉 your awesome!   Despite Bank of America being a bad company this site is an amazing place to get stuff done fast. Waiting time is decent and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great and I recommend anyone who wants to go to the bank to go to the west haven one.

  I must say that yes, the staff is always very kind and helpful...my complaint is that I go there to cash my check on Friday, and there's only one teller there. My break is 30 minutes and I waste 20 of it waiting to cash my check. Please have more tellers available on Fridays!!!

  i don't know what happend i applied for my credit carte and i paid already $300 but i didn't got my card , this almoste a month ago . and nobady call me or sent me any msg ! its a bad services, am so mad

  When you already have an account with 3 people doing absolutely nothing and they make you stand in line to get change for 2 rolls of quarters. After 5 years, enough is enough. That's why my business account is with ANOTHER bank. Moving my personal account elsewhere too!
