  I am more than happy to share about my experience about Liberty tax in salerno on the winn Dixie plaza . I am just happy that I went to this place , the hole stuff it's friendly and knowledgeable . Meet was very patient since my taxes were for 2020 and 2021 and it was kind of complicated but he was able to help me and we got it done . I would Higly recommend this particular businesses for any body in need if tax help and their prices are much lower than hr block and 2 other that I priced before going to this place

  The manager in that art was very Disrespectful piled up my W-2 forms and throw it at me like if I was an animal I am a person with a Disability

  It is unfortunate that you have to lie on your review. You rode your stand-up motorized skate right into the office. From the time you came in you were yelling at our senior (60+years) tax specialist. If it was a bar you would have been literately thrown out but we told you to leave. If you want to be respected, learn to respect others.

  We have tried other Tax preparers in the area and had good experiences with them however they are really costly. Liz took care of our taxes last year and I was very happy with her service. She was able to save us fees while maximizing our refund. This year we returned and she did the same thing. She also took time and provided us with extra explanations which gave us more understanding of why things were done that way. We are very impressed by the personalization and 1:1 customer service. Thank you Liz for always helping us with our taxes, looking forward to seeing and working with you next year.

  I'm writing this review due to the fact Rick is outstanding at customer service and even found a mistake. Earning me an extra 400 dollars. Props to whoever is the hiring manager Future edit: 2021 John did my taxes thoughtfully and expertly getting my deserved credits. Even have me a Pepsi while I while I waited recieved my loan within 7 min no hassles. Got me 800 dollar's within minutes after to get me through until my refund Exceptional company.
