  Ruth was the secretary she was very kind and held nice conversation!! I had Kevin as my tax preparer and he was amazing!! This is my 3rd year coming here to this location and I will NEVER NEVER EVER go anywhere else. Kimberly did my taxes last year and I seen her today she was very nice as well. I also met Dorie, I've dealt with her before just didnt know her name. I'm pretty sure this is her store. She is also amazing. I love the way they treat their clients. They make you laugh and feel like a friend. Thank you to you all keep up the AMAZING work please. Until next year!!

  Great people! They honestly do everything they can to get you your biggest refund. They make sure they get every thing right. You will pay for the service, but it'll be right. Especially when you have a bunch of w2s and 401k papers and you have no idea what you are doing. Thank you Liberty Tax. Thank you Chris and Dori.

  I called and asked how much taxes would cost. Tge person told me 1 w2 would cost 200-250. I asked before we started the taxes once again. The woman said we won't know until it's finished. I'm a single mother woth one w2 to file. Nothing complicated, no investments or donations. Nothing complicated whatsoever. When my taxes were finished the lady charged me 507 dollars. Never before have I ever paid that much. Even when I was self employed and had all sorts of deductions, I never paid over 250. Why do they wait til the end to tell you tge xharge and do they charge based on your tax return? Ridiculous highway Robert. Never again will I use liberty tax specialists.

  Really great experience with Tabathe! She was friendly and efficient! I got a same day appointment. I liked the folder they give you to keep your return and documents together.
