  Megan, Jessica, Cindy, Amber. Same people I have seen for years who I have grown a business relationship with. Very professional. Always has good financial advice and straight forward with everything. They lay everything out on the table. They help me build my credit score. Not like other banks who try to hide hidden fees from you I use to bank with Three Rivers but I left because 1st source, simply is the better bank. I love coming in and them to greet me by my name. That goes a long way. If your looking for good working people who want to help you with loans, credit card, financial issues or you like to come in and steal a cookie 1st source is the way to go! I will not bank with another bank. 1st source has proven they’re loyalty and excellent costumer services. Thank You!   I would like to say this is a great bank. I have been with them for some years now. And every time I visit Jessica and Megan treat me well. They are professional and have great personality. They make me smile every time I go to visit. And they also handled my business in a professional manner. What a good group of people. I'm happy to be banking at 1st source. Ladys keep up the good job. Nothing but blessings for y'all.

  Very Friendly Environment the moment you walk through the door. We were given a little tour and history of 1st Source. Cindy Hale was great to work with and I would highly recommend 1st Source. If you have any banking needs, make the effort to visit this branch. You will not be disappointed.

  The people there are all right. I called the bank and there was this women that hung up on me. I called back and it was the same women. I was in a panic and trying to explain my situation and she was talking over me trying to explain something I already knew which made me incredibly angry. I've had problems at this bank to the point where it wasn't worth going to anymore just because of the 2 employees. Also the women had a very cold additude on the phone making the situation worse. Their was one time I came there before they opened at 7. Like 5 minutes before and there drive thru was the only thing open so I parked in the drive thru,not like it was a big deal, apparently since I'm a big dude or I'm scary or whatever.when she opened she told me I was basically a potential threat but she didn't say that directly that I was she worded that differently. I got my money and left. I don't like that bank for the most part but there are nice employes there.

  Megan was very rude. Come to think about it everyone that works there has some kind of attitude. DO NOT BANK HERE THEY WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY IN FEES.
