  Edgewood Md location is absolutely horrible! I have been going to liberty tax for years and I will never be back again! They are unprofessional, disrespectful and down right nasty. We even went there 2 times with a month to give them a second chance and it only got worse. The second time I had only been out of icu for 5 days and the lady was extremely rude and impatient. When I asked for my w2 back they lady tried to refuse to give it back. I use to go to the Carlisle PA location when I lived out there and they were absolutely amazing. It's sad the night and day of 2 different locations.

  Sarah was great! Answered all of my silly questions, even though I still don’t understand. She even offered to help me with any future questions I have after tax season.

  I’ve been filing with Liberty Tax for the last 4 years, and this year the promotion for cash in a flash expired on 02/28/2021. Some of us didn’t receive our W-2’s until March 2nd due to the pandemic. Was this intentionally set because of the pandemic? I don’t think this is even right we don’t control the mail carriers. I can’t remember Liberty Tax having an expiration date before March. I guess I’ll have to start going elsewhere. If anyone else want cash in a flash don’t counter on Liberty Tax they expired probably 2-3 days after you receive your w-2, or if you’re me 2 days after due to February being a leap year. ✌🏾

  This is the BEST place to file your taxes! Thank you again Danielle for all your help (even though you said it's your job) you really went above & beyond for us which helped my traveling family get into an apartment within 48hrs! The 50.00 cash for filing, digging to find all of our w2's, applying to have an advance & getting approved! (I know you didn't have anything to do with being approved or denied but your service made it possible). This is our 2nd year using 🗽 liberty & we will continue to! God bless this company!
