  I will never go back to this place. The lady here at this tax place mess my taxes up in 2018 did not send the information we gave her to the IRS she's unprofessional and does alot talking but dont know what she talking about.

  Me and my wife went to liberty tax back a few years ago and this tax service on candler road especially the tax preparer I won't name her because it's not worth it but she claim to be very knowledgeable and helpful about doing our taxes she was the only person working that day the place looks like a daycare especially when it's was a child in the corner playing with some toys that day the place is very unprofessional even she was as well in the end she mess up our taxes and we went through so much to get that situation straightened out and finally we was able to get it cleared after so many years of heartache and everything so beware go at your own risk I don't recommend this tax service especially this location to anyone now I don't think it's the company fault it's the tax preparer but at the same time I think they need to train people more extensive before they do people taxes

  The place is never open ...I been coming at different times trying to get help and nobody is even there then when I finally get there I only got help one time and her info was not valid ..I will never file here again

  Go to a professional to get all the money you deserve. Will not be filing here again. Wish I could give 0 stars
