  this one guy with a long beard that was sitting at the desk was very disrespectful. I asked him a question and he looked at me and then acted like I was invisible. everyone else was good but that guy if he's not the owner I think he should be fired... and for that I won't back to your place of business.

  Worst pawn shop in the world. Everything is over priced, higher than retail for used trash haha they pray on people that don’t know any better. But don’t expect much from a pawn shop on this side of town. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!! You’ve been warned.

  When I get my gun back I will never use them buy anything from them there customer service is very poor and they took my gun without background check and I came back with my money to get back Now I have to buy my own gun again smh whole process over and they are not like most gun shops after not hearing from FBI Within 7-10day they give you your gun the guy here says until they talk to them or response they wait 30days if nothing comes back I have to apply again (Meaning I have to keep paying you for this pawned gun ) or lose it

  Bought my first gun here 3 years ago with 0 issues... went and got another one today and the guy with the accent from another country "prolly the new boss" gave my a cleaning kit free and worked out a few other deals with me ... I was also greeted the second I opened the door... I was skeptical of going there again after reading the reviews lately but I was like either Ima add a good or bad one to the list but my experience was beyond excellent

  PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! FFL FEES OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!! (I NEVER PAWN ANY THING IN MY LIFE, SO I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT PART OF THE BUSINESS) THE FFL IS OUTRAGEOUS 108 BUCKS, ANY OTHER PLACE ITS FREE OR AT THE MOST 40 BUCKS. PLUS THEY CHARGE 35 BUCKS FOR A BACKGROUND CHECK. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF GETTING MY WEAPON SHIPPED HERE BY MISTAKE AND IT WAS A VERY BAD ONE.

  This has to be one of the most racist pawn shops in the area.They treat all their black customers as they may be in the wrong area well news flas candler rd is a mostly black community and if they don’t like black people business GET THE F@$& our the area.THESE IDIOTS OFFERED ME $100 for a loan on a pistol where I took to arrowhead and immediately got 350 no questions about it.On top of all this the weapons are overpriced just go to ARROWHEAD AND TOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER

  I don't know who works in there now, but my experience with these people wasn't good. I personally think they were racists and act like they had a problem with selling a gun to a black man.

  The customer service at this gun shop is absolutely atrocious. I had a awful experience dealing with the entire staff. The place needs a complete overhaul.
