  My name is james, yesterday i had an appointment at Liberty Tax Prep. When i arrived, No waiting, very polite and helpful staff Greeted me, i proceeded to get a much bigger refund than i expected, i would recommend Liberty tax prep to all my friends!

  Approximately 15 years ago I lost all trust in my former tax preparation service. I pulled my account from them and sought out a new tax preparation service. I walked into Liberty Tax in Milford Ma. and was greeted by Laurie Bedrosian. Right away Laurie went into action. She operated with a sense of urgency and made me her priority. Since then, I have not used another tax preparation service. Passion is what makes the difference between good and great. Laurie is truly passionate about her job and it reflects on all of her employees. She is truly a credit to Liberty Tax. I trust no one else to do my taxes.

  I can not say enough about the very nice people at Liberty Tax in Milford. They really know their stuff. I've had other accountants that never explained anything to me but I was nervous about switching as I wasn't sure if they would know what was going on with my taxes (I own a business and other investments). Lori explained everything to me along with all the things that have changed from last year. She told me exactly what to expect for next year and even gave me her cell phone number in case I had any questions. Every time I called they answered right away and were always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them.
