  I recently bought a 2021 Toyota Sienna from Pat Patel at Imperial. He made the purchase process easy and efficient. This model is brand new, but Pat still was able to get me a good deal with no pressure, with exactly the trim I wanted. I will go back to Pat for my next purchase. Highly recommend over other dealer experiences I've had in the Boston area.

  The Imperial Toyota General Manager has lost my family’s business for the entire Imperial group. He lures loyal lifelong Toyota owners with tales of riches if they sell their used cars in his unsolicited mailings. Then he offers basement pricing when they actually drive to the dealership during a pandemic to make the deal. Then he clarifies that the terrible price only applies if the 7 year old car is in perfect condition. Thanks, Michael, but I don’t think breaking even and losing my car is the deal that brought me into the dealership today.
