  Hello, Just got my taxes done at Liberty in Mocksville. I am so happy with the person Latoya Moore. I can tell anyone, if you want your taxes done, and done correctly. Latoya is the person to see. She is very patient takes time with you, great personality, always with a smile. This is the first year working with her. I will be back where ever she will be. Thank you alot Latoya.

  The last several year's everything went well at Liberty Tax. But, this year my tax refund was delayed. It has been nearly a month since I filed and there is still not even a follow up from either IRS or Liberty Tax. After this year I'm sorry to say I will most likely not use Liberty tax again. I will instead pay extra at H&R block in order to have my refund sooner and guaranteed.

  Hello - we hate to hear that happened, the IRS says nationwide 90% of tax payers get their refund within 21 days with 10% held back randomly for an extra security layer; this happens to tax payers regardless of where they file and is random across the country.   Messed up my taxes completely!!! wrong social, phone number, date of birth, checking account and address so all my information is going to some random person's house and refund went in to someone else's account apparently

  This location used the wrong Social for me. I filed Feb 1st, proved my identity with idverify, and I am still waiting for an answer if I have been accepted or not. I have asked for a refund of processing fees and correction of my taxes for days now. Today is March 1st. Simple taxes, one W-2, and one childcare slip for 2, with 2 dependants.

  How in the HELL does my refund get "frozen" (as the IRS said) because my identity wasnt proven. And a LIBERTY TAX rep couldnt tell me about this issue the first 1000 times I inquired about where my refund was. Isnt that what I paid 600$ for!?!? So not only have I waited the FULL LENGTH of time to receive it, I have to wait another 9 WEEKS!! Liberty Tax is a JOKE. And will NOT be using their services next year or any time in the future.

  I was so impressed with the customer service at the Liberty Tax office in Mocksville NC Everyone was so nice and professional. The lady that did my taxes really did a good job. She asked very detailed questions getting us back the biggest refund ever! I liked the $50 cash as well!

  I took a tax class at the Mocksville location, let me start by saying I was a complete newbie to taxes. I completed the class with the knowledge and confidence of a professional in the end. My teacher was Latoya Williams and she was the BEST I could have hoped to learn from. Her knowledge and skills are top notch and she took the extra time to answer any questions I had and even went above and beyond to help reinforce what we learned.I highly reccomend taking a tax class here, if you are all about learning how to save money this is for you!

  I had a great experience with the Liberty Tax Service Tax School at the Mocksville, North Carolina, location. My Tax School instructor, Latoya, was extremely knowledgeable and made the class enjoyable. I would recommend this Tax School to anyone interested in becoming a Tax Preparer.

  Liberty tax can meet all your tax needs. They have CPAs and tax accountants to go over everything and they are great to work with.
