      I HAVE BEEN DEALNG WITH LIBERTY FOR YEARS NOW. BUT I AM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE CHANGES THEY HAVE MADE. THEY DID MY FEDERAL BUT DID NOT TELL ME THAT SHE COULD NOT DO MY STATE TAXES. NOR HAVE I GOTTEN ANY NOTIFICATIONS ON MY TAXES. MY TAXES WERE FINALLY ACCEPTED TODAY AND I HAD MY TAXES DONE ON THE 9TH. THE LADY GOT 420.00 OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR MESSING UP MY MONEY. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS AGAIN EVER!!!!!
