  I’m a military veteran as well as a dependent of an active duty soldier with a good credit rating. I was hesitant to apply because with didn’t want them to run a hard inquiry on my credit. The agent offered a loan type specifically for active duty service members and their spouses. I applied for a loan because I was pre-approved online. When I did the application over the phone the agent stated everything looked good. She also said would call me back in 15 minutes for some reason unknown to me, which she never did. Next day I get a better loan offer through LendingPoint which I applied for over the phone. I was approved within hours and the money deposited into my account. When I contacted 1st Franklin, they told me that my application was denied with them. Now here is where the problem lies. I know people who have applied here with horrible credit, no stable income and no consistency paying bills on time. I do not fit in the category. Unsure as to why I was denied with this company. Would not recommend!!

  I received a letter in the mail offering me some cash. I wasn't going to open it, but decided to give it a shot, being that I needed to have some things done to my car. I filled out the application and received a phone call from Ron the next day saying I was approved. Went to the office to finish up my paperwork, and I must say that Ron and Dolores were so kind and professional. Ron actually helped me get more money than I applied for. This office has a welcoming atmosphere. My son even said how he liked the staff, especially when Dolores gave him a bag full of goodies and necessities. I'm glad I took a chance in accepting the offer through the mail, because not only was I able to take care the needs of my car, I also was able to have money left over for myself. So glad to have even met the staff personally. Thanks Ron and Dolores for making my 1st visit worthwhile!

  Awesome customer service. Sandra Morrison is my go to person. She is always discreet and handles my questions with confidentiality. I don't hesitate to call if I have a question or am trying to solve a problem I have that she may be able to help me with. She is knowledgable and easy to talk to always giving me great one on one attention and service.

  1st Franklin has been a lifesaver for me!! They are exceptionally considerate and very easy to work with!! Sandra Morrison is the sweetest and hardworking lady I know!! Very professional and she handles all of my problems!! Love this company!!

  I have been a customer in the past and am seriously thinking of coming back to do a consolidation loan and I spoke with Dolores and she answered all of my questions and spoke to me with respect and made me feel welcome over the phone. I am definitely going to come in and speak with her one on one! I am looking forward to doing business with her again!

  Spoke with Dolores at this office and was very well pleased. She was very considerate and very helpful, Excellent customer service. The Marion office could definitely take some notes from the Dillon office On customer service skills.
