  I promise you do not go to these people . They messed up my taxes . I worked and filed my children and I ended up owing the irs because the tax preparer SANDY DELACRUZ Didn’t know what he was doing . They wouldn’t even help me fix my tax problem that they caused . Yet they charge people hundreds of dollars for YOUR own taxes , never ever again . Stay far away from Liberty tax especially the liberty tax on ELLERY Street .

  1 star it’s too much! I made my taxes with David Celine and I’m still waiting for my refund. I stop around 6 times by the office and the receptionist just tell me his not there or no working today or he’s delayed. He is suppose to call me but to bringing to me an answer about the refunds and they sent me To another office where the worker telling me “you need to call the irs by yourself” never mind! The worst of the worst I paid for an incomplete service.

  I appreciate the help I received from Mr.David. Dude knows his stuff, I got my taxes done in a Liberty Tax in Queens, I needed a copy of my return which they never gave to me that has been closed for months. After calling a few locations I found this to be open. When he pull up my taxes he notice a mistake they have made. He correct my paper and I recieved an extra $1300 from the state and IRS. He did no charge me for it, so here my thanks

  Liberty taxes service is always great but it is very very expensive. Almost or close to 1000 to pay for those guys to do your taxes. It might be a little less like 6 or 7. It depends. This yr I'm going somewhere else.

  There method of filing taxes is the simple way. They have no knowledge on how to prepare detailed tax returns.They have a non functional fax machine which makes it impossible to fax documents requested by IRS. That has delayed my return by several months already. Not worth the money they charge.

  One star is to much for this place do not deserve nothing at all. be care if you go to work or fill your income in this places this man his name is David Cepin is a scammer I worked with him and I only pay only the first month when his clients looked for him or called him always walked away hid did not answer the phone. and has an inappropriate way of treating people. since in October his has a woman who tries to catch you either fill your tax with him or to help hi in the office without paying

  Gonna give them 5 stars for helping me deal with an audit for a return prepared in the office next to them (I will keep them anonymous) and didn't even charge me. Make sure to give them my business next January. Good night!

  I love these girls, just pick up my new 42' Plasma for referring my 10 friends. Only decent tax place in my neighborhood. See you next year!!!! PS: Told you I was going to tell everyone about yall. JC
