  Don't get me wrong. They have good prices and such. But the customer service is horrible. They're never able to Answer the phone. Even walking in, I waited over thirty Min. Multiple times. Just recently I added another vehicle to my plan. They kept putting me on hold, then forgot I was even on hold. Sent over my information wrong after I confirmed everything was right before he sent them. Minus the fact that I've been waiting forty Mon for tmin to send me one email because according to the man that answered. You guys are to busy . This here makes me really consider finding another company to go with. It's just a hassle every time I have to deal with you guys

  This location has really bad service! the three employees that were there seemed like they didn’t want to be there I did not feel welcomed and my experience overall was not good !

  If I could give less then 1 star I would. Anyway if your looking for the kind of insurance company that doesn’t play with fine print this ain’t it keep looking had insurance for 2 years and last 2 months they canceled me back to back because I’m used to calling in and making payments. Everyone there says I have a different payment date so if your old fashioned like me and don’t care for uneccesary drama look elsewhere on another note had full coverage with them then I found out that full coverage with them ain’t so full of my car would’ve got flooded in the recent TEXAS weather I would’ve been left out in the cold very un profesional!

  I started my policy at rufe snow with hena, she has great customer service answered all my questions pertaining to the policy that I had as well as jessica very friendly faces as soon as I walked in to the office. Very helpful will definitely refer my friends and family here.

  The staff here is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Very quick to help and answer any question I might have. Love having them for my insurance!

  Had the best experience here! Haide did an amazing job taking care of us. She tirelessly worked to find the best rates that suited our situation. I searched and searched for a good insurance company that actually cared about their clients. Then we found Haide with A-Maxx. We've never been more pleased, or confident in our insurance policy. Another good point is that she is always available to answer my questions and make changes when they arrise. She is a real delight to deal with!

  If I could give them no stars I would. Went in to the office we with my daughter on 04-21-18 around 1:30pm. One girl just sitting at her computer and the other on the phone. They said have a set we will be with you in a moment. After 10 minutes of them answering phone calls we got up and left.

  Sooooo unprofessional! Was trying to get some insurance and the lady I was dealing with told me to hurry up and take pictures of my vehicles and send them to her email. It took me all of five mins to do so and she left while I was at the dealership getting a new car. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. This lady is trash!

  This place is a joke. The girls that were working there today are rude and unprofessional and they look like they hate their jobs. You don’t answer the phone and continue to talk while you are helping a customer pay their insurance. You ask them to please hold and will be with them in a few moments. Will be looking for other insurance
