  Went to liberty tax on Brandt and Stanley in Dayton Ohio the girl doing my taxes was named Jessica she was exceptionally nice, professional, and super helpful made the experience super satisfying everyone there was nice and helpful their office was really clean and organized I have been gong to that location for 4 years and have never had a bad experience would highly recommend this tax branch.

  I've gotten my taxes done there a few times. I left a message for someone to call me back & didnt.

  Hello, We apologize for not calling you back. Using your Google name, we searched our records and do not see a return filed at this location - but there is one in the Liberty system. We are currently closed today (Wednesday), but if you could please call us tomorrow (Thursday), someone will be in the office and we can figure out what is going on. Again, our sincere apologies.

  BEWARE: Do not get your taxes done here. You will be sorry if you do. I filed my taxes here, paid them $550.00 dollars and they didn’t file my City of Dayton and City of Kettering returns even though I paid them to do it. So I ended up finding out later they never sent these returns and now I’m having to do it myself “really close to the file deadline.” I’m so angry right now that I cannot put it into words. I will be calling the corporate office and reporting them. Plus leaving them a review online with the better business bureau. Go elsewhere! They just want you’re money. Update 10/8/20 still dealing with all this. Called the corporate office three times over the last few months to report they didn’t file my city taxes for either Kettering or Dayton. All three times I was told it would be taken care of and it wasn’t. I’ve been a customer here for over a decade. Not anymore after today. Now I have to wait and see when my fees will be refunded. They said it would be but I’m still waiting. Just constant run around

  I filed my taxes last year with them and i needed to do an amended return and the woman told me it was included in my price and then i find out that its gonna cost me another $50 to file it... Smh so much miscommunication
