  Henry at the Herlong street location in Rock Hill was nothing short of AMAZING! He helped my wife and I have a wonderful experience. He answered all of our questions and also gave us a discount for being 1st time customers. Will definitely be going back next year. Excellent customer service.   My tax preparer Kristine was incredibly helpful, patient and informative. She was the only one who came to work that day due to snow. But the weather did not sway her customer service one bit. She was very kind and wanted to make sure I understood everything step by step. I highly recommend getting your taxes done here. Call ahead make an appointment so she can give you even better assistance, and tell them Travissa Bizzell sent you👍💯
