  Brandon Martin was a big help ! He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed even after I left the branch he researched more on my file and called me back to help me out more than I could imagine! Family Trust has been great to me over the 2 plus years I’ve been banking with them. Very down to earth and family oriented.

  I have a personal loan with Founders and I pay extra on my payments for dept protection in case I lose my job. I got laid off and I called to file the claim what I PAY FOR and the assistant number they give you isn't the right number. I got transferred 4 times to different people bc I "wasn't in the right department" and I waited over an hour total on hold. Just to be told the only way I could claim what I PAID FOR is if I'm on unemployment. Insurance and Banks are some of the biggest scams in America I'm glad to know I paid for something for 2 years that I can't even use. Thanks for nothing Founders scam union

  Founders is a great financial institution! The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful & if you don’t have time to stop by an office, you have the option to apply online or over the phone with E Branch. Highly recommend!

  I am very satisfied with them. Their a actually one of the best banks that I have ever banked with so far. This location has the friendliest people.

  Founders is a horrible bank to work with, please if you want good credit never work with founders. My credit has gotten bad since I have been working with them.

  I have been a member for almost ten years. And yes I have had issues but only a few but they stand behind you and will fight for you to get your money back.

  i was scammed out of money and i filed a dispute but because the fraud person isn’t reaching out they can’t give the money back like cmon now , of course somebody who is scamming isn’t going to give the money back
