      I have patronized this place against my better judgement (after the 1st yr)for going on 3 yrs and every year it has gotten worst. Every year there are different employees with different attitudes. They don't return phone calls or have an attitude when they do answer the phone. Ms.Kim is sweet and knows her stuff but this place definitely need to get some organization, professionalism and steady employees that actually like to work with and for people. I hate to take my business else where but I am. I shouldn't be waiting on a phone call for weeks especially when I come in with all information in hand. Just saddening.
