Richard, one of the owners, called me as soon as my gun arrived. Once I walked in to Pawn Shop Plus, the folks there made me feel like we'd known each other for a long time. These guys provided me with excellent customer service! While there, I noticed they offered a notary service, which I'll need for my concealed carry permit application. So, I'll be heading back very soon. I strongly recommend these folks!
