  So the first week of February I got my taxes done on Main Street in New Britain at liberty tax . He stole my Social Security number and gave it to someone they Michael Lloyd my income tax return came on 23 February into a deep blue debit card it was supposed to be a check and now I finally got a check on March 8 and I cannot cash it because it is not valid . I’ve been in contact with the office on Main Street in New Britain and they keep putting the blame everywhere else but themselves and the deep blue company said that the name was manually put in so liberty tax I mean street was the one who put someone else’s name on my Social Security number . They refuse to pick up the phone and help me on Main Street in New Britain corporate isn’t getting back in a timely manner so I contacted the Bristol office who is actually the competitor of the liberty tax in New Britain that I went to and they are nice enough to take this mission upon themselves and try to help me cash my check and get my Social Security number back . The ladies name is Elizabeth and from the moment I called she has been the nicest sweetest person and didn’t even try to refuse to not help me even though it is not her officers problem and they really cannot do anything about it because they can’t even access my file . He has reached out to corporate for me they got back to me within three hours last night and she is once again on the mission of trying to help me from the office mind you that I didn’t even do my taxes at who is arrival of the other liberty tax but since liberty tax on Main Street in New Britain sucks so bad I guess she fell obligated to help . I appreciate you miss Elizabeth and her office and I’m hoping we can come to a conclusion in this matter shortly thank you again for everything Elizabeth and I appreciate you in your office .

  They were helpful patient good customer care and help me get what I deserve back I would recommend to anyone very helpful help me with a couple things that I need it so I can get more for my refund thanks Liberty Tax Nellie ✌👊😎🙏🙏
