  Be careful with some of these reviews. Alot of places of employees write reviews to boost the . They sent me paperwork in the mail telling me I was pre qualified got a debt consolidation loan with a very good APR that would have dramatically helped us and brought our Hope's up just to have me fill out stuff online and give me a completely different story. Alot of the stuff they do is a scam.

  This process has been very easy and clear since the beginning. One monthly payment is such a relief. You can track your process as you go which is amazing. I am happy to be closer to being bebt free soon. They have already settled 2 accounts for me.

  Received mailer and responded via phone #. Gave all info except ss# and call taker said when loan person called me back at 5pm I could give to them. I received a text message at approx. 445pm that said i needed to go back to complete application. I texted back and stated i could give that info on my 5 pm phone call. No phone call .no responce to text...from me back to them no... business from me.....and I would actually give 0 stars...by the way. On google I have over 17 million views on google local guide. Update... the following day a gentleman named Aaron phoned me back and apologized for the issue I had. After talking to him for about 10 minutes or so and getting all my questions answered I am glad to say I am now happy with my experience with Liberty Lending Group and Aaron in particular. Very courteous and very professional. I have not decided if I am going to do business with Liberty Lending yet, but, if I do I will definitely give Aaron a call back to move forward.   Liberty lending assisted us in getting set up with freedom debt relief so we are able to cure our current debt. We have already settled 2 debts saving us over 600 dollars. I appreciate their assistance.

  The loan consultant was extremely flexible and helpful during the process to secure my loan. I was not thrilled with the eventual interest rate which was much greater than advertised. I suggest they list the interest rate "as low as" rather then make it appear that people would receive a loan at 5.26% APA.
