  A wonderful bank and its personnel to deal with. From emailing them questions concerning your account or other banking matters, they either respond back through the email system within 48 hours, or they will phone you directly. I have been supplied personal contact numbers to speak to certain officers directly and privately. If you are over 50, they have the Silver Club, which honestly is very nice. The Club doesn't gouge you on money orders, for example. Unlike other banks, they got the nerve to charge their costumers, 5 dollars or more for a money order. I have been dealing with Liberty since I was a young 20 something. Their president, and the institution is integral, and well grounded in their morals and their responsibilities to their costumers, as well as their clients. Thank you!

  I just went through Liberty Bank to secure a mortgage on a property. I worked with Mary Carlson and Fran Scheiblein. I do not have enough good things to say about my experience. I went to "bigger" banks and even through mortgage brokers and nobody could beat Liberty Banks rates. In addition to the fantastic rates, the customer service is absolutely excellent. Mary took the time to explain each document to me as she wanted to ensure I was aware of all the steps in the process. Email response times were fantastic and she was always there when I needed assistance. Even with moving up the closing date, Liberty banks fantastic staff was right there to make everything go as smooth as possible. I am very glad I went through them and I am entirely sure I will use them for my next property.

  I was looking to refi my home. Liberty Bank had the lowest rates out there. Despite it being summer and the busy season, the whole process was smooth and led to a speedy closing. Dagmar, Liz and Silvana were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this financial institution and working with this team.

  If you’re trying to get a mortgage with these guys be prepared to waist two months going back and forward Extremely slow and unprofessional

  Been going to this bank for many, many years. Still offer passbooks, and easy transactions. Wonderful automatic phone options.
