      I've had the atm at this location malfunction on me 2 times over the past few years. They need to maintain their machines better. I've never had an issue with any other atm before, and I've used a lot over the years. The first time it malfunctioned it took over 1 month to get back and then cash my check. The second time was a withdrawal, that was reversed the next business day. For a "newer" branch their ATM is archaic and failing. They need to either maintain it properly or get a new one. When the branch was located down the street that drive-thru ATM never had issues. Instead of convenience it's more of a hassle!

      Lack of customer service, if there was a negative star, I would have used it. I have been banking with "US Bank" for over 15 years. Banks have to realize, that customer service is still very important, and the customers are not afraid to leave a bank and start new. If you live in the area, I recommend Liberty Bank and Trust I walked in and was meet with open arms, I tell you, what a bank and what customer services. Shame on Big Business.

      Teller dorota was very rude. I placed my license and check in her hand and she placed my money and license on the counter instead of in my hand. It was very unprofessional in addition to her and her co-workers discussing baby names instead of tending to their customers when they're present. Basic customer service skills should not only be common sense but also a requirement. She lacks basic customer service skills.

      No mananager there in case u have a problem or questions. Would be looking to change banks and Rena was not friendly or lack of customer service.

      Terrible service Tellers are always talking about personal business . There always unable to do transaction I was sent to Norwood Park bank that cost me a extra $ 16 in lift The tellers and Manger at the Norwood Branch stated that many customers are sent to there branch by the Norridge branch An Norridge bank should be able these transactions

      US Bank holds my mortgage. Went in to this branch once and will never step foot into it again. No one knew what to do with my request. Customer Service = -0. Inside is like stepping into a ghetto, old and filthy. This branch makes me happy that I can bank online, it's disgusting.

      Extremely knowledgable tellers and investment planners. I have been with this bank since it was St.Paul Federal in the 80’s. Glad they moved closer to my home.

      It's a nice branch. Polite people. Looks nice and lines are never too long. I needed something notarized and they helped me for free because I bank with them.

      Bad experience with uneducated employees. I spend about two hours opening IRA account and they still didn’t know what to do and I had to leave and go to the Norwood Park location and they did it within five minutes. I would not go to this location again.
