      They’re so slow and don’t pay attention to the drive through. People would walk inside after me and I was sitting in the drive thru window for 20 mins before they got me

      Once again Liberty Bank had done nothing to help us. We aren’t asking for loans, just descent service and ease of use. As a small business I would recommend people look elsewhere.

      Unbelievable! I am trying get through the drive- in service at Liberty Bank in Storrs, CT. I have been waiting now 30 min for my turn. Still waiting. It is Thursday, the 20th and the time is 3:35pm. This is unacceptable!

      Since outsourcing their online banking in January, customer service has been awful. I just waited 40 minutes on the phone to be told that I'm finally "7th in line". Gave up. I just wanted to find out how to transfer some funds to another bank account (see below for reason). No info on how to do this on the web site, even though it's a 2 min operation at other banks where I have online accounts. I've been banking here for over 20 years, and I'd like to keep my business local, but probably won't. Not least because they pay .1 percent on insured savings, while others are paying 1.5 percent.

      Banked here for over 15 years, including our personal account, business account, and different house purchases. We love Liberty and love the fact that they are depositor-owned, meaning that our money isn't being siphoned off to Wall Street. :)
