  We called because State Farm keeps raising our rates. Tanya walked us through our options for both Home and Auto. We couldn't believe the savings she got us. And twice the amount of coverage. We had been a client to a company who took advantage of us. That is not how Tanya treated us at all. Highly recommend her.

  Tanya is an incredible agent. We've used her from house to house because she is reliable and responsive! Being able to have a friendly voice on the other end of the line talking you through anything you need insurance related has been a huge factor in staying with Tanya.   Our experience with Tanya Ballestrini at Bearingstar Insurance was phenomenal! My husband and I had been unhappy with our current insurance agent for about two years, so we set a reminder in our phone to start shopping around for better rates about 2 months before our policy was due to renew. This way we had time to find the best rates possible. I chose to reach out to Tanya because I knew many people who were thrilled with her service. It also became apparent to me through her Facebook business page and reviews that she truly loves working in the insurance field. I reached out to Tanya on a Thursday and by Friday afternoon we had a Home & Auto policy with an umbrella that provided better coverage than our previous policy and cost significantly less!! Tanya took the time to ask all of the pertinent questions to find us the best deal possible and we couldn't be happier!

  Tanya Ballestrini is the absolute best! Whenever anyone in my family has an insurance need she is their top choice! We switched from USAA to her and saved hundreds! In the past USAA was the lowest around but she was able to find better coverage with a lower premium. I couldn't be happier! It's nice to work with a team that has so much knowledge in the industry. It gives me the confidence that if anything happens they will be there for us.

  I have nothing but good to say about my experience with Bearingstar. Tanya Ballestrini is the best specialist I have ever dealt with. Any questions that I had regarding my policy were quickly answered. Also I can tell from my previous experience with other agents, that she made sure right in the beginning that I will have the most value out of my policy.   Tanya was super sweet! She found us cheaper insurance with more coverage, she did it at our convenience, she answered every question, and understood that with this crazy life it may take more than a day to respond. She was overall great, I would 100% recommend her.
