  Elizabeth chubb was absolutely incredible to work with. I have been with LGE for 6 or 7 years and nobody have ever taken the time to actually explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! I will definitely be back to see her next time I need help with banking!

  Elizabeth Chubb was so wonderful! She was such a great help to us. She helped us out is so many ways, I'm so thankful that my husband and i got to meet her. She gave us so much information that no one in the company never told us. I well go hunt her down just so she can sever us again! Thank you Elizabeth!

  I have refinanced two new vehicles with LGE and both times I have dealt with awesome agents. This week I was able to stop in a visit with Nicole Neumeier and Nicole made it very easy to get the refinance completed. I Visited with her in office and signed paperwork by email. Great job to you and your Team Nicole!! Thanks for your great work!!

  Took my daughter to open her first checking account. Mrs Hoffman was OUTSTANDING, and was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and extremely pleasant and personable!!! I haven’t had this level of customer service in banking in quite some time!!!!

  The staff at this branch will be my new go to LGE branch. They knocked it out of the park and made my experience so easy and quick. Special shout-out for Erin. She was great.

  I have been with LGE my whole life and I love them. I've had experiences with other banks, like Wells Fargo and Regions, and I will never take any of my financial business to anyone but LGE. I don't like the automated tellers at this location. Real people are best, LGE. :-)

  Thank you so much for your feedback. The great news is all of our branches have staff members available to assist you. Specifically, our West Cobb branch has technologically-advanced machines that allow members to complete many transactions on their own (which we've learned many prefer), which gives our staff more time and opportunity to work one-on-one with members who prefer the face-to-face component of member service.   I will update this review if this issue is properly addressed when I go to a branch tomorrow. I just realized today after depositing a check that they have been debiting $5/mo for 19 months out of my savings acct. (which is for my kids' college fund) due to a "bad address". We have lived at our current address for over 2 years, and they have a current phone number for me. I didn't notice before because I only deposit into that account and the $5 wasn't enough for me to notice before. This is completely inexcusable. I would not have had this problem with Chase or Wells Fargo. And they say credit unions are supposed to be better! They have literally stolen almost $100 from kids' college fund.
