      I had an amazing experience at this location when securing my auto loan. Everyone who I had an interaction with at this branch did everything they could in order to help me and went above and beyond with their customer service. Special thanks to Jordan, he was amazing helping me making sure I could get my loan processed asap.

      We are going through a home equity application which was submitted at the end of January and so far the process has been going nowhere. We submitted all our requested documentation right away and here we are in the beginning of March and the loan just got tentatively approved and are still waiting for an appraisal. I should have listened to my brother in law and went to Credit Union of Georgia, he said they were able to close loan within 30 days. Now we are waiting for the appraisal, fingers crossed we can actually close this application before April.

      1. Facility was clean & had a modern look/feel. 2. Great experience! Worked with a banker named Cory and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Unfortunately I did not receive the outcome I had hoped for. However, Cory provided some GREAT alternatives that will infact be more beneficial in the long run. I have banked with larger institutions in the past but am glad to now be a member of a credit union and receive a more personalized experience.

      Attempted to start the homeownership process with Monica Williams. Unfortunately, my first conversation with Monica was uninformative, short and unprofessional. With this being our first experience with this process, information should've been clarified such as loans that would fit our needs, first time buyer info, etc. We felt rushed and short worded. She didn't have all of my correct personal information and that alone was truly disappointing. My fiancé and I felt baffled and more than frustrated after having to end the phone call abruptly. I've been with DCCU for almost two years. I've been pretty content with the quality of customer service up until now. With that being said, my fiancé and I will continue our search for a different loan officer.

      This credit union gave me an appointment to discuss mortgage loan options. After taking the morning off from work, I get to this branch and they tell me "sorry, no one here can help you. Please call this number and take this piece of paper." Now I have to wait a few more days until I get an appointment, hopefully with the right team this time. Not a very professional experience. This information could easily have been given to me when I originally made the call over the phone.

      I was rushed into a house loan with Kathleen. She gave no personal help or explanations with the whole house buying process. Just filling out forms online, late reply to email and definitely no answer to calls. I was almost locked into a rate but luckily went with prime lending and got a WHOLE point lower!!

      I have moved several accounts over to Delta Community Credit Union this past year. I’m very pleased with the customer services, account features, rates, and more. I have no regrets leaving Wells Fargo and Bank of America. When it comes to banks bigger isn’t always better.

      Not pleased with delta we have 4 accounts with them and recently we've had someone stealing out of one of the accounts delta refuses to move the money out of account to one of the others. So pretty much we have to let whoever is stealing from us just do it. Custservice won't move the money so I have to wait till Monday to stop someone from stealing from us. Needless to say Monday morning im moving all 4 accounts to a company more willing to help they customers. If you want access to your money like you should then DONT GO TO DELTA cause it won't happen!

      Great branch and people. Wonderful customer service. My only complaint is the ATM is out of order at least half the time. Do there is no way to get access to cash without paying a fee at another branch's local ATM
