  Mike comes across as very arrogrant and demanding when you try and get ahold of him. Taylor one of the loan processors is very confused and pushy she will tell you she needs something without telling you why it is needed and as a first time homebuyer that is frustrating. Alissa is by far the most professional and helpful one in the group she will meet your concerns with valid reasons and is not afraid to spend time with you on the phone. I would highly not recommend using mike garrett as a lender overall the was one star that shined through the process but it didn't make up for the lack of rude, demeaning, and inexcusible behavior that was presented by the others. I would never recommend using this team to help you get in a home.

  I have purchased several homes in my life. I just completed my first purchase using Mike Garrett. This was the best, and most professional experience I have ever had. He also had the best rate, and some unique options for my family. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

  I highly recommend Mike and his team. They were transparent, fast, and a friendly staff. His team went over and beyond to ensure that we met our 21 day closing date. I love how they stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire process.
