  I love going to this Ray CATENA Lexus of White Plains dealership. From the time I walk in I feel like family. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. The dealership is beautiful, comfortable and very accommodating. Three years ago I originally leased an ES 350 which I loved but now I wanted an SUV and just leased an NX 300. When I leased with Lexus the first time and throughout the past three years of the lease, Michael Bergman was my sales person. He was always so helpful and available whenever I had a question. So this time when leasing the NX, I wasn’t disappointed. He couldn’t have been more helpful and patient. From the beginning of the sale, including negotiations , test drive, explanation of all the technology and the rest of the workings of the car etc., Michael was wonderful. I’m sure I’m going to be happy with my beautiful NX. Thank you Michael and Ray CATENA Lexus of White Plains for making my purchase of a new car a very pleasant one.

  Michael Barone at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains helped us to find a great deal on the car that we were looking for. He was friendly, helpful and straight forward. He was very patient with all of our requests and demands although we changed our minds a few times. This is second time working with Ray Catena dealers (BMW and Lexus). They do not play sales games. They provided best possible deals up front and helped us to find the car that we wanted. Lastly, I was able to work with one manager who handled both sales and finance. In other dealers, a sales manager promised good deals but a finance manager said totally different things. I worked with Michael at Ray Catena from the beginning to the end. I would strongly recommend Michael Barone at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains.

  Mr. Shackleford in Lexus of WhitePlains assisted me with total professionalism. What would've normally been an intimidating situation became a surprisingly exciting and stress free experience. Mr. Shackleford was so patient. He walked me through the car buying process, step by step, with patience. By the time I walked out of there with my new lexus, I felt like family.

  If you're shopping around for a luxury car, you must visit this dealership. They are like no other and I should know because I visited almost all of them. First of all, there is parking in their large lot. The receptionist greets you and you wait about a minute before a smiling, down-to-earth car salesman shakes your hand. We lucked out because I think we got, not just any car salesman, but the best one! His name was Fabio Villa. He just took us around and showed us the cars. No judgement, no information overload, not pushy, just there, which is exactly what we needed. He asked some questions but refrained from getting too personal and allowed us to think about it. He offered us water and coffee and then was so honest with every question we asked him. Fabio really knows his cars too but he is a patient man and that's a really great quality in a salesman. So if you're in the market for a luxury car, please ask for Fabio at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains. You won't be sorry!

  I can only report on my history with the wonderful service I have received from Ray Catena Lexus of Tarrytown. I get all of my service from oil changes to inspections at this location, The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely courteous, and I did not even buy my GS from that location. I have been dealing with Mr. Jim Tepelidis and Mr. Frank Avecedo for the past six years, and have had nothing but great service. Prices are fair, and they really follow through with Mr. Catena's philosophy, they will take care of your vehicle, while you can continue with your life. I can't wait to buy the new model, but my 2006 GS is so well maintained, I may never get a chance.

  Michael Barone was my sale person. With this COVID situation everything was out of the ordinary with this lease renewal, but Michael went "extra miles" to make it happen. This is my sixth RX350 lease and second from Lexus of WhitePlains. Highly recommend them and Michael personally , they do fantastic job!

  Love this dealership! Weve got 5 Lexus' so I can definitely offer insight here. Customer service was 1000x better than Mercedes Benz of Larchmont and way better than Lexus Mt Kisco and Ray Catena Larchmont. They dont pressure you because these cars sell themselves are well equipped and most importantly they DO NOT make you spend hours with finance like other dealerships. Prices are competitive and you will feel like the belle of the ball when you leave in a new Lex!!

  Our Lexus Rx 450 Hybrid is the 4th Lexus we have leased, but the most challenging one to get in the desired color and feature combinations. We worked with Shavaune Shackleford who was exceedingly helpful and thoughtful throughout the process. He went out of his way , calling other dealers to locate the car we desired and made special arrangements to secure to for us in the desired time frame and at a deal that was even better than we expected.We had high expectations which Shavaune managed to exceed, He is a truly customer centered and customer friendly salesperson and a very patient person.

  Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve had to date. Silvia did everything that needed to be done and moved me into a awesome car. Glad I met her and bought at Ray Catena Lexus!
