  Amazing experience, the service manager Giuseppe is a car enthusiast and knows these cars inside out. Gave me great advice. They got me in and out quickly, did the job right and at a fair price. Awesome service techs and staff, nice waiting area. Will be back A+!!

  I wanted to share my experience today with the service department. Yesterday I called Steve, the service manager and told him that I had an issue with my Giulia. His response was "no problem" I will pick it up in the morning. He picked it up fixed the problem, detailed the car , and brought it back home. It was all covered by the warranty. The easiest thing I did all year. Thank you Steve and Alfa White Plains. BTW to add a little more context, I bought my car at a different dealership two years ago and never heard from them after I drove off the lot. You guys have earned my business.

  Previously posted a negative review after having trouble scheduling service here. Things resolved in the meantime, which means AR of White Plains cares about customers. I serviced my previous Giulia here and was very satisfied with the service back then.

  I had the best vehicle purchase and delivery experience yet with the Alfa Romeo White Plains team while buying my 2021 Stelvio.   From your first step in, you are treated like a family member. The dealership, and it’s employees, are willing to do anything possible for you to have a positive experience.. I highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing an Alfa Romeo you should stop by the white plains dealership. In particular, Mike Stiglianese, he was willing and able to assist me any way he could.. When I left with my car, I was satisfied that there was nothing I didn’t know about how to operate.. They go the extra mile for their customers !!!!

  Amazing experience, I worked with Michael, He was amazing. It's my first Alfa and it definitely wont be my last. Michael made the experience one to remember and super easy. Me and my Father both got an alfa a couple months apart From Michael and both experiences were easy and to the point, Any questions/concerns we had were answered Directly from Michael in a timely matter. If you're going to buy an Alfa I highly recommend that you work with Alfa of White plains, they truly make you feel like family. The all around staff there is Great.

  I recently drove off the lot with my first Alfa Romeo which I can already forsee will not be my last. My experience here was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked into the dealership, to the minute i drove off the lot, the quality of service blew most other dealerships out of the water. The showroom is innovative, sleek and spectacular. Leonardo, Justin and Donna made up the dynamic team that helped me through this process. Their level of attention and knowledge, to me, is unmatched. Wonderful experience all around, highly recommend.

  I had the greatest experience with the maintenance of my Giulia. Steve Manessis was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Dennis picked up the car promptly at 9 am. And Danny the mechanic completed the service and had it back to my home by early afternoon. This is a great team to work with.
