  I had talked to Garry Helmick on Nov 26 to get new tires, he ordered them and made an appointment for the 30th at 1:30. When I got there he checked me in, I came back at 3:30 and he was just finishing the paper work, good timing. I hope Garry will be with you for a long time. Since I bought My car in 2014 the only person left is Kelly. I give Garry a big gold star. Mary Ann Mock

  Went in on an internet offer so I honestly was not expecting much. I was completely surprised. My salesman Oz was completely professional and very good. We got the right car at the right price and they did a great job on my trade and financing.

  We recently purchased a used Highlander and had the best experience from test driving the car to having it serviced for the first time at Toyota in Topeka. I highly recommend Steve Ramer if you are looking to buy a Toyota in the Topeka area. He was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to all of my questions, reservations, and requests. In addition, David in the service department is great! He is very knowledgeable about the services they offer and the prices and goes out of his way to not make you feel like a bother. I have had nothing but great experiences at this Toyota and will definitely be buying our next car here when the time comes!

  My shopping for a new vehicle took several months due to some unexpected family situations (medical, funeral, etc.) and Chris and Tony very nicely followed up with me at different times to see where I was at in the process without pressuring me at all. (I think some other dealers thought that I wasn't serious about wanting to buy a new vehicle!) Then, when I was finally able to get serious about buying a vehicle again, they went out of their way to find the exact vehicle that I wanted and quickly priced it at a great price compared to quotes received from other dealers I had been in touch with. They made the process so easy and affordable that I didn't want to continue to spend time negotiating with others. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and with the Toyota Highlander that I bought! Thank you guys!

  Jeff was the best sales men I've had in years, I always come to Lewis Toyota never had a problem with any car I've got from them . You need to ask for Jeff, so polite and gets what you need .

  I struggled with this rating. While the salesperson was bubbly. An accessory was missing when we picked up our new vehicle and no one explained most special features! We ended up with a 4.99% APR when they offered a ZERO PERCENT APR on all HYBRIDS just a few days later! When asked about the missing accessory, I was told that it’d cost ~ $500. I bought it online for $80.

  My son took his vehicle here for diagnostics, after a week of his vehicle being there they said there was a few things needed fixed and thought it was covered by his warranty, however upon further review they called back n the exact part wasn’t covered. After the advisor called they were still supposed to wait on a switch for passenger window, but had informed my son that there seemed to be an oil leak n had to change valve cover gasket.! Hmmm. News to us our driveway never had any oil spots and gets regular oil changes! We noticed after the first two days of it being home that it has a bad leak! My husband has checked the oil several times no leaking, so he checked the transmission fluid and it is leaking quite a bit! I have our security camera footage before we took it to them and now footage showing big circles of fluid leaked into our driveway! My son didnt take it back once they got the wiring for the window because somehow now he is leaking big amounts of transmission fluid! I just dont understand hiw they dont think its something they prob did!? I did call n chat , but they say it wasnt leaking !

  Drove over from KC to look at a 2017 Rav 4 with only 9,000 miles. Did not like that car (too many dings, but a mechanically a great car), they did however, have a decent selection of other late model cars and we end up with a very reasonably priced 2019 Rav 4. They worked with us on our trade-in and got the numbers to where we wanted them to be. One of the quickest and easiest car deals we have ever made. We would recommend giving them a try and ask for "Oz".
