  Community Lending of America were great to work with. As first time home buyer's we didn't know where to even start. We contacted Ann at CLA and she helped us through the entire process. She even referred us to our real estate agent (who was amazing!). Whenever we had a question, no matter what time of day, Ann was quick to answer. Everyone we worked with at Community Lending of America was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend using them!

  My husband & I have been working with Ann for over 6 years. She has answered every question we asked & stayed in contact. She never made us feel like we couldnt; it just wasnt the right time! She helped us learn what we needed to do in order to purchase our first home, and just recently we were finally able to make it happen! Ann is patient, kind & knowledgable.   We wouldn't be in our new home without all the hard work of Ann Richardson & Community Lending. As first time home buyers we were lost as to what to do & with the crazy market it only made the stress worse. But Ann was there every step of the way & always made herself available at all hours to answer any questions we had & always kept us up to date.   If you are looking to buy a home or even refinance Community Lending of America is the place to go! We personally worked with Ann during the entire process of purchasing our home and then refinancing as well, and she was absolutely flawless! She made the process so easy, found us the best deal, and throughout all the questions, paperwork, and any setbacks she worked hard to get every detail perfect.   I worked with Christian. He was very responsive and informative. If I had any questions, he quickly researched and responded with an answer!   We financed our first home in 2017 and tried to refinance with the same lender in late 2020 to take advantage of lowering our interest rate and potentially our monthly payment as well. We ended up getting the run around with that lender wanting us to spend several hundred dollars on appraisals and inspections for no apparent reason. Then, some friends posted on Facebook about their positive experience with CLA and we decided to reach out to see if they could help simply the process of refinancing for us. We worked with Christian Huesers and we’re very satisfied with how it all worked out! (No unnecessary appraisal or unnecessary fees.) We now have a lower interest rate and lower monthly payment, and Christian at CLA made the process as simple as possible.

  Community Lending of America is wonderful Mortgage Broker. We had an exceptional experience working with Ann Richardson. She was there from start to finish keeping us notified of everything that was occurring and assisting us even when it wasn't her responsibility. If I ever buy another home I will definitely us them and especially Ann again. This company is highly recommended especially for the service that they give to Veterans.

  I worked with Kevin Fisk and I honestly couldn't say anything a bad thing about it! He was knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive! I was so overwhelmed being a first time home buyer and he made the whole process a breeze!
