  Would rather tell you your jewelry is fake than to admit they don't want to buy your piece. Even when presented with receipts and a ticket of authenticity. Told them that Zales wouldn't sell me a fake watch especially for $7500. And their reply, "tHeReS a FiRsT tImE fOr EvErYtHiNg." Clown.

  I have been down talked and not respected at all. I would have gave zero stars if I could have. I sold my chain to them not knowing I had to say pawn I told them I would be back for it I never pawned anything before it has been a month and a half and i I go back to get my stuff he has it out to sell for 2,500. They gave me 600 dollars for my stuff. He says my ignorance is why I didn’t know to say pawn my items then says the best he can do for me to buy my cheap stuff back is 1,100 dollars but if it was pawned it would have been 780 dollars to get my stuff back. Then he tries to apologize for his disrespectful talk to me but I feel so disrespected I will never go back to that levs or any other levs period. I bought my stuff for 1,100 dollars and just left I was going to buy few other items but a better company deserves my business.

  Went to Lev's to pawn a watch that had a lot of emotional value to me. Though I didn't get the amount I hoped, the gentleman there listen to my needs and situation and was able to flex enough to come to a very good agreement. Over all very nice place and good experience. Will definetly pawn, sell, and shop here again!

  This is the only shop I go to anymore. They are one of the few pawnshops that still carry guns, Their jewelry selection is extensive and reasonably priced. They have lots of musical instruments, so, if your kid is going to join the school band, Go To Lev's. Do Not Buy It From Sweetwater.

  Ran out of gas and battery went dead this morning. One of the nice gentlemen inside not only donated $5 to my cause but he gave me a jump start. I'll definitely pawn/shop here going forward!
