  Have something to sell or need a cash loan? Get to Lev's at 1275 Parsons Ave. The best customer service I have recieved at a pawn shop, hands down. If you keep the lines of communication open, they will work with you. They have a wide selection and great pricing on items for sale. RANDY is absolutely amazing! He is a down-to-earth business man. I refuse to do business anywhere else.

  Liz pawn shop on Parsons that's ran by Cheryl and Mike there are two of the most kindest people that I've ever met Cheryl treats everyone with a sisterly tone no matter if she sells something to you or you buy something from her or you just looking around she's a great person that gives great advice mike always make sure that my wife have a seat to sit down in when we come in I'm there to the most nicest people that I've ever met at the pawn shop and they always give you a fair deal on everything that you buy and also a fair deal of things that you sell their pawn it's a very fair place to go highly recommend it and they always make sure that everyone has their masks on to prevent covid-19 I would recommend Parsons ran by Cheryl and Mike to anyone that needs to get a quick Buck for something that they have and want to fair deal without getting ripped off this is the place to go

  This is probably the most low-key/pleasant Lev's Pawn in Columbus. I purchased a great mountain bike here for $200. It was in great condition and rides like a gem. They have an optional three month layaway plan that's pretty basic and the store operator (didn't catch his name) was friendly.

  HORRIBLE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! The most RUDE and WORST customer service EVER!! I tried to pawn my iPad and the owner wouldn't take it with the factory settings reset UNLESS I gave the store my iCloud account username and password. It makes absolutely no sense that the store would need my iCloud account username and password if the iPad has been reset. The iPad is sold in stores and online without an account attached to it, hence the factory settings reset….. IDIOTS!! This store has absolutely no tech knowledge whatsoever. While trying to politely explain that MY iCloud username and password was not needed because after a reset any account can be used to set up the iPad and that it would never be in any person's best interest to EVER give out such information, the owner interrupted me and started yelling at me and LITERALLY chased me out of the store… Not sure if the owner/manager needs anger management or was just having a bad day and decided to take it out on me, but it was completely uncalled for and beyond unprofessional. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING!!!!
