  It was lucky we had John Gordon from Lennar Mortgage being our loan officer for Raleigh property. He made us feel that our application is on the VIP list by well communication to us on top of every step from the beginning to the end. Even when he was temporarily out of office, he would inform us and make sure his assistant would follow up with ongoing task in advance. My experience with most of the other agent was to receive an out of office automatic notice email when I contacted them. John is very professional agent. He patiently explained and discussed all the options of different loan package with us, and made sure we understand the advantage and disadvantages of the loan term so we can chose the most suitable one according to our financial situation. Our mortgage experience with John was very smooth and pleasant, thank you so much!

  We financed our new home through Lennar Mortgage. From the application till end of closing, it was a nice experience. I had more six financing and refinancing in the past. None was so smooth as with Lennar. Christy Stegall my loan officer, is one of the best in the field and did a wonderful job.   Mr. Keith Neuroh is excellent loan officer, he was helpful person during my loan process. He solve my problems was quickly and tried to explain for me which way is better. I will recommend everyone who want to buy new house should be see him .

  I can’t say that getting a home mortgage was a pleasure as who wants to have debt?!? But Tom Wright made it as painless as possible.
