  My experience with Lennar Mortgage is pretty smooth and good. Mr Matthew Larson, the loan officer, is very professional, friendly and responsive when answering my inquiries. I want to thank him for the great rate he got for us, and would like to work with him again if I need another mortgage in the future.

  We just finished our second loan with Lennar Mortgage with Haley Aivazian guiding us through the process. The Lennar loan portal is super easy to navigate and makes the process very easy! Our experience with Lennar is especially 5 Star because of Haley! She is the BEST! Very knowledgable, very professional and she cares! She answered all of our questions and addressed any concern! I highly recommend working with Haley and Lennar Mortgage!

  We are very pleased with our overall experience. Our loan officer, John Poston promptly responded to all correspondence. The loan process can be very stressful, but John made the process easier because of his attention to detail and reassuring demeanor. The Lennar website and notification system provided helpful information pertaining to our loan processing and instructions on how to care for our new home.

  I was really impressed with Lennar’s Customer Service from all their Department from the Agent Brian, Loan Officer Alexander, Loan Assistant Cassandra, Design Center Darion, Project Manager Bill, Assistant Manager Chris, Warranty Manager Phil. All of them were professional, friendly, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and no matter when you called anyone of them they Always have such a positive attitude. They kept me updated on the progress of my loan and progress of my home contraction. This is my fifth (5th) new home and it has been the Best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Lennar for having such a Great Team of employees that strive for Excellence and Great customer service. I do and will recommend Lennar to family and friends.

  Working with Chris was the most satisfying experience. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and anxious but Chris with his experience, patience and knowledge made me feel comfortable and assured. He was ready to answer my questions anytime and in the process made me gain a little experience on how the loan processing works. With Chris, you are already a winner in getting the loan processed but you also end up with knowledge and experience that can be shared to others as well.

  We recently purchased a Lennar Home in Surprise AZ. The entire process was seamless. Hunter Woods from Lennar Mortgage was our Loan officer.   Lennar Mortgage went above and beyond my expectations. Tara Haller and her team were excellent in communication and explaining the mortgage process. First purchase in twenty years, so there were more requirements. Tara and the team took the time to explain them. I cannot say enough positive things about the Lennar group.

  I had the BEST experience with this mortgage company. Tara Haller literally did everything that she possibly could to navigate through my complicated situation. She always kept me updated and was helpful with all of my questions. I could have gone to any lender for my mortgage loan. However, from the initial contact through the entire process, the help and care that I received from Tara made it a "no brainer" when making the decision. Her rates were competitive and there were no surprises when signing with Title. She truly cares. If I ever need mortgage financing again, this is who I will call first.
