  My company Vira Realty Source was able to successfully close a portfolio investor loan with LendSimpli on one of our STRs.( based on occupancy and income) Both Paige and Jackie's approach and diligence was refreshing. They were very transparent and investor friendly. Great rates! And we plan to do more business in the future..closing was fast. The refi funded the day after a mobile closing.🙂

  I am a real estate investor currently expanding my residential portfolio in the Little Rock, Arkansas metro area. Working with this institution is fantastic.   This was by far the most challenging investment property deal I’ve done. Many challenges to get this loan to the closing table. My two investor guru mentors, Jeff and Blair, highly recommended LendSimpli and I’m very thankful to them for that. But I have to recognized Jackie Martinez and Mike DeBuccio for there help thru this process. They were very responsive and supportive. Could not have done the deal without them!   I worked with Margaret Young and Joe on an out of state refinance on a rental property. The asset based loan was under an LLC. Everything stood out positively, from the amazing customer service and the user friendly portal. Documents were easy to upload. I would highly recommend LendSimpli to any residential investor.

  Highly recommend if you are an investor looking to scale your business quickly with less hoops to jump through than traditional financing. Joe was great getting the ball rolling for us and Margaret was amazing helping us get to the finish line. I will say our timeline did have some delays and we were not able to close within the expected time frame but we have been told that is something LendSimpli is actively working on to improve. We were using this company to finish a cash out refi on a BRRR of ours and we were very happy with the rate, term, and points that our loan came with. The “portal” that they use to push you through the process is extremely intuitive and made the process very manageable and easy. We can’t wait to do business again with LendSimpli and more importantly with Joe and Margaret! We are in Ohio 👍🏽
