  They ask a lot of questions even if you show them proof of everything... I went in with my check and signed it just in the front counter to gain time while the employee was with another costumer and he started to call managers and location staff to decide if he was going to able to cash it or not.. It took around 30 minutes to decide. After that supposedly the check wasn't going through the check machine and just making time. They kept asking questions bout the check and it was a government official one. It took him more than 40 minutes total to give me my money. 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒

  I don't recommend borrowing from these people at all. They are rude and keep trying to get you to pay early with numerous phone calls/messages. They are relentless. I called to get them to stop automatic payments and I was interrogated with questions as to why I wanted to do this. I felt that their attitude implied that they thought I was going to skip out on the loans. I do not appreciate rudeness and attitude. I assured them I would make payments manually. They finally did cancel autopay, but they were not happy about it. I simply want control over my bank accounts without third parties dipping into them. Today I was able to completely pay off my loans with them. Good riddance.
