  These people are truly professional. I had no ID and a check that needed to be cashed. The lady told me how to acquire ID via internet from the state of Kansas which was sufficient to complete the transaction. She went more than out of her way to help myself and my boyfriend. 5 stars is hardly enough for the e extra effort. I cannot remember her name so I'll say Miss D.   My loan was paid in full and on time by my bank. Two months later this store has collection calls for me for non payment. Went to my bank four times in one day and back to show them proof of payment. It's been three more days and the corporate office shows it's paid but for some reason this location won't post my payment. I'll change my mind about this place if they can figure out how to post my payment and inform me of their mistake, and apologize for the extra 10 or so hours I've spent proving my bank paid them on time and I am in good standings. Completely unorganized and incompetent/or they need a new accounting department.

  One time, they don't know how much money they have so they can do the transaction. Other time, the system is locked and it require a manager who is not there to unlock it. and so on .. Every time they ask for full info and make you wait in line and finally they ask to find to another branch to do what I came for. I wonder why they are there and occupying such nice place. I'm sure they pay big rent for the place so I feel sorry for some businesses for not getting the benifit of their resources. What a waste of time and resources.
