  Every single week like clockwork they call me asking for a Helen but there is no Helen in sight. I don't even know a Helen! I have had my number for over a decade now, years before they started calling over a year ago. Every time for the last month I've picked up and told them this but they CONTINUE TO CALL, OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Blocking the number hasn't stopped it, it goes through my spam filter, and there seems to be no end in sight. I don't know who Helen is but there is no Helen here. She must have given the wrong number and good lord am I tired of it waking me up in the morning. If you are reading this Lendmark, PLEASE HAVE YOUR CALL CENTER PEOPLE UPDATE THE PHONE NUMBER IF WE TELL THEM IT'S WRONG.

  We will not work with Lendmark ever again. The staff is unprofessional and unable to complete very simple requests. They do not communicate with each other at the expense of the customer. Ron was incredibly unhelpful and took almost 2 weeks to complete a simple task. Payments in the app are delayed- causing unnecessary phone calls and stress. We really wanted to support this small business, but are incredibly disappointed. Take your business elsewhere

  If I could, I would give this place no stars. They make their online and app interactions so horrible, you can’t possibly know what’s going on with your loan. Then they tell you that you have to go to the office to get help. This is only so that they can hard sell you on another loan. These people and their company are Leeches on society. The worst of the worst. They prey on poor people and use high pressure sales tactics to make people take out loans with “loan shark” interest rates. Let’s all do our part to make sure they go out of business!!! Now I have to send you more info and try even harder to connect with you? It’s obvious that your digital options are garbage from your nationwide reviews. Just fix your app and online options so that those of us who don’t pay our bills by going “in to the office”.

  Stay far away from these unprofessional people as you can... the app doesn't work ever they have no email capabilities they are about to have a lawsuit against them there policies about total loss is a joke this whole place is a joke just peep the energy vibes in there is sad and depressing go checkout one main financial or Huntington for all your loans needs

  I have used this company several times. My previous experiences were great. The interest rates were a bit high, but I needed money and had really horrible credit. However this last time was not the same experience. Shortly after getting the loan I decided it was in my best interest to refinance my house and pay off all of my debt including the loan. I informed them of what was going on and it took them 2 weeks to get the required information. All I needed was the payoff information. I could not access that online, Nor could I access any of my statement. The company also would not accept a phone call from my bank on my behalf. I went in to get the pay off printed and didn't have all the info that was needed by my bank, so I had to go in again. Finally, it was all submitted and excepted. Then my closing got pushed back due to covid, by a month but didn't know that at the time. I let them know what was going on and I would make my payment when I could. It would be late. I think i had only been late once (more than ten days) and they worked with me in the past. This time, the Lendmark staff was super passive aggressive about the situation. They knew the pay off was coming but were saying stuff like 'you need to do the right thing' and 'you could avoid all this interest if you would just pay it off.' They made it seem like i skipped a month or more in payments, which i didn't. They were adding so much extra stress in a already stressful situation. I am glad to be done with tthe whole thing and super glad they are not getting extra money from me.

  Got a auto lone here and interest rate was hi found different lender with better rate, they ended up getting my pay off but they still pulled the payment for the prior loan and refused to refund me the payment, I won't ever do business with them again, kinda crooked.

  Company spams you with pre approvals but makes you jump through hoops for loan applications with high interest rates. Go through another lender. Save your time and your money.
