  I just called this company and it seems like the woman heard my voice and got my name and not approved was the response. SMH didn't even ask me how my day was. Seem like my hello was scored a 0 and my race didn't come close to qualify. (Thought maybe I could get a reason why the so sudden denial. But landmark you guys should do business better. Even if it wasn't a race thing at lease make your customers feel understanding of what's the process is requiring and requires. Need extra change and got extra insulated Hattiesburg MS location of 98 is a NO

  Normally when dealing with a financial matter, most companies would handle things in a timely manner and make the customer feel of some importance, however that was not the case... When I hear the words, “Oh we forgot to call the customer about their approval...” that makes me disgusted. It is YOUR job to handle your clients with upmost respect and professionalism, and this office seems incapable of doing so. Due to the lack of these things, time and money was missed out on; time is something a person never gets back, and it is NOT one to waste it at your leisure. I’m glad we decided not to do business after such poor treatment!

  Adrienne was soooooo rude!!! I called to get the requirements on getting a loan and she told me everything except for a credit score requirment. Once I asked whats the credit score requirement she yelled "I JUST TOLD YOU ITS 500 AND ABOVE!!" I'm like no you didn't then she was like well I'm telling you now its "500 AND ABOVE!!! I just told her to have a better day cause she was rude!!! My phone records calls so I went back and listened and she didn't tell me until I asked then had the audacity to get a attitude!!!! I wouldn't do buisness with them if they were the last loan company in world because of that lady attitude I pray someone with some authority see's this review and pulls the call for corrective attention!!
